Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping within Germany for orders over €50 (see table below).

Shipping Time

If you place your order on weekdays (Mon-Fri) before 5 pm and pay directly in our online shop via PayPal, credit card, Google Pay, or Apple Pay, we will ship your package within 1-2 business days of receiving your order with our shipping partner DHL. (If the product is immediately available)

Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday in Bavaria can unfortunately only be processed on the next business day.

Delivery by DHL usually takes place from Monday to Saturday. Up to two delivery attempts will be made. If no one is available at your specified delivery address, the package will be stored at the nearest post office, where it will be available for collection for 7 business days. You can find further information on the DHL website.

Shipment Tracking

As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email from us with your package's tracking number. Please note: Tracking may not be available until the following day, once DHL has scanned the package at the distribution center.

You can find the tracking link in the shipping confirmation email we send you after we have shipped your package, as well as in your order status under My Account -> My Orders.

 

Customer Account

Our shop offers you the option of a customer account to track and easily find your orders later.

We use customer accounts without passwords. After providing your contact information, you will receive a 6-digit code from us to log in to your account. This code then expires and becomes invalid. To ensure maximum security, a new code will be sent to you each time you log in (via email or SMS).

 

Order Confirmation

For every order, you will receive all important status information from us via email, starting with the order confirmation. Once we've reviewed your order and everything is in order, you'll receive an order confirmation.

We'll then inform you about the receipt of your payment and, of course, when your order has been shipped. The shipping confirmation will also include a tracking link. We'll support you from the very beginning to the end of your order, even keeping you updated on returns and their processing status.

Sometimes our status emails end up in your email provider's spam folder. If this isn't the case, simply send a short email to service@titus.de and we'll gladly resend your order confirmation.

 

Refunds for Returns

With every return, we'll refund your payment using your original payment method.

 

Minimum Order Value

There is no minimum order value.
