How can I pay?
We offer the following payment options: Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro)

When will my package arrive?
With the shipping confirmation you will receive a DHL tracking number to track your package.
If tracking isn't working or you have an additional question about the whereabouts of your package, simply contact us via our contact form or send an email to info@pineapplebrick.com
When will my package leave your warehouse?
If you submit your order on weekdays (Mon-Fri) before 5 pm and pay directly in the online shop via PayPal, credit card, Google Pay or Apple Pay, we will ship your package no later than 1-2 business days after receiving your order with our shipping partner DHL. (If the product is immediately available)

Do I need a customer account?
No, you don't need a customer account to place an order with us. You can of course also order as a guest.
Do I need a password to access my customer account?
No, your customer account works without a password.
We will send you a 6-digit code via email each time you log in, which you can use to log in securely every time.
You no longer need a password to remember.
Is the shop safe?
Our online shop is secured with an SSL certificate. This ensures that all data is transmitted in encrypted form.
How can I delete my customer account?
Should you wish to delete your customer account, please send us a request via our contact form or an email to info@pineapplebrick.com
